Blood Portal

You create a portal made of blood at a point you touch. When you cast this spell, you can create one portal. If a creature touches this portal, it takes 1d4 necrotic damage.

If you cast this spell again while concentrating on the first portal, a second portal is created at another point you touch within 120 feet of the first portal. Once the second portal is created, both portals become linked. Any creature that enters one portal is instantly teleported to the other portal, taking 1d4 necrotic damage upon entering.

Both portals are visible and pulsate with a dark red energy. The portals remain open until you dispel them.
