Damage/Effect
Blinded

A cone of scorching indigo/orange flames shoots out from the caster's hands. Each creature within the area needs to make a Dexterity saving throw or take 6d6 points of fire damage or half as much on a successful save. The fire, until concentration ends, deals 2d6 fire damage to each affected target, per round, on your turn. After getting hit, if the target(s) failed the initial Dexterity saving throw and are on fire, they become blinded by the brightness of the flames. While on fire the target(s) have to make a Constitution saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns to remove the blindness. On a successful save the blindness ends but the fire continues to burn until concentration ends.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial fire damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th
