Arcane Claws

Prerequisite: Arcane Trickster Roguish Archetype, Bladesinging Arcane Tradition, or The Hexblade Warlock Patron.

You slash at the target with electrified spectral claws. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 force damage and 1d4 lightning damage. If you have a summoned familiar (as with the Find Familiar spell) that is not incapacitated or charmed, or an active mage hand, you may make this attack within range of the familiar or mage hand, instead. If the summoned mage hand is used to perform this spell and it is invisible, it becomes visible.

After reaching 6th level Rogue, you can add your sneak attack damage to this ability if it would apply to a normal attack made in the same way. The bonus sneak attack damage is of the force type.

When you gain the Extra Attack feature, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action after a hit with this cantrip.

Both damage rolls increase by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4 force 2d4 lightning), 11th level (3d4 force 3d4 lightning), and 17th level (4d4 force 4d4 lightning).
