Blur Movements

An object or willing creature of your choice within range becomes blurred, it becomes hard to interpret what movements are being made or to discern any details about the creature or object, a creature that does want to discern any details about the object or creature or wants to interpret the movements must succeed an Intelligence(Investigation) check against your spell save DC.

You may only blur one object or creature at a time.
