This spell was developed by the archdruid Evaltrini to protect her most precious herbs, and was kept mainly secret, however knowledge of the spell has spread to certain druidic circles and hag covens. To cast the spell, you call upon nature spirits of strength and protection to make a room within range magically secure. The room can be as small as 5 feet to as large as 100 feet on each side. The spell can be ended at any time as an action by the caster but remains after their death until dispelled.
When you cast the spell, the spell provides the following forms of security to the room:
- Sound can't pass through the walls, windows or doors of the warded room.
- The walls, windows and doors of the room become resistant to all damage.
- Any windows of the warded room appears dark and foggy, preventing vision (including darkvision) through it.
- Sensors created by divination spells can't appear inside the protected room or pass through the room at its perimeter.
- Creatures in the room can't be targeted by divination spells.
- Nothing can teleport into or out of the warded room and planar travel is blocked within the warded room.
- The room's door is magically locked. The lock is immune to any attempts to pick it and the knock spell has no effect. The lock can only be opened by the flesh or bone of the caster touching the handle of the door, in which case the room is unlocked until the flesh or bone of the caster touches the door handle again.
- If any creature other than the caster tries to open the door, the spell plant growth as an immediate benefit and entangle are cast, centred on the door knob, as the nature spirits warding the room retaliate.
