Weaken spell

You manipulate another casters spell to weaken the spell, choose one of these effects to apply to the spell if you successfully make an arcana check (equal to 8 plus the spells level)

1. The spell does half damage if you fail the save and no damage if you pass

2. The spell now only targets one creature of the original casters choice instead of an area

3. You can force a non instant spell cast to now require the original caster to concentrate on it as if it requires concentration
