Damage

Every creature within 30 ft. of the spell caster begins to hear a haunting, and heartbreaking cry. All creatures within range must succeed a Wisdom saving throw, or they fall prone, and are rendered useless as they themselves begin to weep as they are tortured by the memory of the saddest moments of their life, taking 6d6 psychic damage. on a successful save, they take half damage, and do not begin to weep. While under the effects of the weeping spell, a creature cannot take any actions, bonus actions, or reactions, and their movement speed is halved. They can remake the saving throw at the start of their turn, and the spell ends if they succeed the saving throw, if they take damage, or if the spells duration runs out. However, they continue to take 6d6 psychic damage every time they fail the saving throw. Constructs and undead are immune to this spell.

Casting Weep at higher levels, increases the the damage by 1d6, for every level above 5th.
