Baka Blast

A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d10 force damage.

The spell blast increases size when you reach higher levels: size 2 at 5th level, size 3 at 11th level, and size 4 at 17th level.

The user yells, "WHATS A BAKA BLAST" as he fires it.
