Axiomatic Artillery

You open a conduit to a domain of pure order, relaying coordinates to a mighty structure of artillery secreted away there.

Choose a creature you can see within range. While you concentrate on this spell, the artillery tracks the target, and prepares to fire - at the start of your next turn, the spell ends, and the cannon fires, opening a portal and blasting the target with intense force. The target takes 100 force damage, or half as much damage if your concentration is broken before the start of your next turn.
