You can manipulate air. You can use it to throw someone or something against a wall or other solid object or some other material. You can use it to move objects away from you or closer to you.

You can lift things that weigh 5lbs or less. The weight you can lift increases by 5lbs at levels 5 and 11 and by 10lbs at level 17 and 20.
You can hover 10ft in the air and control the air around you to keep yourself up for as long as you are focused when you are in any sort of glider or plane.
