When someone thinks of Hembarg, this is usually the spell most associated with him. This is his main attack spell, and the spell that skyrocketed him into the realm of magic saint. Created as a parallel to the spell fireball, but purely envoking the weave. You chose a point within range and cause the weave to violently boil and explode in a blast of pure arcane force, every creature within a 20ft radius of that point must make a Int save. On a failed save, the creature takes 6d8 force damage and has disadvantage on attacks until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage. In addition, until the end of your next turn the radius is a twisting vortex of distorted magical energy and any creature within the radius cannot cast spells while within this radius. This spell CANNOT be counterspelled.
Higher level casting- For each level above 4th, the damage increases by 1d8. If this spell is cast at 9th level, the damage is changed to d12s.
