Blood Hunt

With a ferocious roar, you call forth bloodthirsty bestial spirits to eviscerate all around you. Each creature within a 15-foot-radius sphere centered on you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 slashing damage and 4d8 necrotic damage. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage. Additionally, whether a target fails or succeeds its save, it cannot regain hit points until the beginning of your next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the slashing damage or the necrotic damage (your choice) increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
