Breath of Vermin

With an exhale, you unleash a swarm of biting, stinging insects in a 30-foot cone originating from you. The cone spreads around corners and through any obstacle a Tiny insect could get past. Each creature within the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d12 piercing damage and is poisoned for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn’t poisoned.

A poisoned creature can reroll its saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 for each spell slot level above 3rd.
