Blade Beam

You brandish the weapon used in the spell’s casting and make a ranged spell attack with it against one creature within 30 feet of you. On a hit, a beam of concentrated energy leaps forth from your weapon in a straight line, any creature the path of the beam must make a Dexterity saving throw (no damage on a success). Any creature hit with the beam takes either 4d6 force or radiant damage (when the spell is cast roll a percentile, over 50% force damage, under 50% radiant damage). 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
