Antimatter

the caster points at an object within 100 feet and that object becomes  antimatter.

All matter is drawn to that object  and all living creatures  must make a dexterity or strength save dc-25

to grab or hold something (providing there is something there )

Or be pulled to the object at a rate of 30 feet per round.

they may try to grab things every round , until then ,

they have no movement and are drawn to the object .

 when contact with the object ,  disintegration as per the spell is unleashed every round until disintegrated.

all matter is drawn to the object (the ground is pulled into it , water , anything not connected to something is first to go ) .

The duration is permanent drawing all matter in and making a black hole in space time unless the wizard cancels it .

 the wizard is not exempt to the force !
