Arcane Void Bomb

You spend one action to pour a circle of dust around you. You then hold the prayer and gem in your hands and hold them out in front of you. On the next turn, they are then dissolved into black mist and you choose a target within 300 feet of you to reign dear hell upon. The black mist forms into a ball that then fires from your hands into the air and lands onto the poor soul you chose. As the shadowy missile lands upon your target, a large light absorbing sphere will expand from the target in a 15 foot radius. Anything within the blast is deleted from existence, their soul destroyed. The area in the blast becomes a dead magic zone.
