Posted Apr 12, 2022So first, how much damage does it do? Second, this 20% chance stuff isn't how dnd works. The spell caster has a spell save dc and the target must roll higher than that dc to not receive the effects. Third how does it decrease the damage? Do you move down a dice? Do you have a penalty to your attack roll? Fourth dnd spells don't have cooldowns except for long and short rests.
