Blast of Decay

A yellow blast of necrotic energy blasts out of each of your hands. Make two ranged spell attacks against one creature or many. Each blast deals 4D8 necrotic damage, and all hit creatures are frightened of you for one minute. 

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1D8 for every slot above the 5th, as well as the duration of being frightened, which goes up by one minute for every slot above the 5th.
