You attempt the ancient Brown Note.  Roll a D100.  A roll of 1-50 has no results.  DM determines severity of a roll of 51-89 but no damage is produced.  A roll of 90-100 is a perfect Brown Note causing the target to defecate themselves taking 1d6 nature damage and falling prone.  Victims of a perfect Brown Note have disadvantage on attack rolls and dexterity saves until changing their pants.  Any creature within 5 feet of a victim of a perfect Brown Note must make a DC 15 constitution save or fall prone.
