This spell binds and transmutes a soul into a pale imitation of your own by fusing it with a fraction of your own soul. Considered my many to be one of the most vile spells ever created only the truly evil are willing to destroy a soul to create a servant. Even learning the spell is considered by many to be an act of great evil. This spell is most often used to communicate with underlings or preform minor tasks the caster can't be bothered with.
This spell has two parts, first a soul must be captured and transformed in a ritual that takes 1 hour. This ritual binds the soul and transforms it into a pale copy of other caster called a Bound Wraith, the Bound Wraith takes on your exact appearance, voice, and mannerisms, and it takes on some of your stats and skills as they are at the time of the ritual. You pick 3 skill proficiencies you possess to grant the creature, the bound wraith uses your modifiers (at the time of casting) instead of its own for these skills. The Bound wraiths appearance includes a semblance of the casters clothing ans equipment at the time of the ritual. The Bound Wraith speaks and understands any language you do and has the same senses you do at the time of casting . The Bound Wraith is under the casters control and will seek to do your bidding to the best of its ability. This transformation destroys the original soul completely.
If this ritual is interrupted or the wrong type of soul is used, the soul instead becomes a normal Wraith, breaks free of any binding, and is driven to seek the casters destruction above all else.
Once the ritual is complete and a bound wraith is created, as an action you can summon the Bound Wraith for up to 30 minutes total, for the first 10 minutes, you can interact with it and give it orders, and magically transport the Bound Wraith (and up to 5lbs of equipment) to the location of a creature you are familiar with, said creature must with 100 miles and on the same plane of existence. the Bound Wraith appears in is said location and remains there until it has completed your orders or until 10 minutes has passed at which point it magically returns to your location (again with up to 5lbs of equipment) for the remainder of the summoning. Summoning the Bound Wraith can be done a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier. This number restores on a long rest.
If the Bound Wraith is slain it is destroyed completely and a new binding ritual must be completed to create a new one. In addition when the creature is slain the caster suffers 3 points of exhaustion and you lose the use of your highest spell slot (one of them if you have multiple spell slots of your highest level) these slots do not return until the exhaustion is is completely recovered. This exhaustion cannot be removed by magical means.
