Upon casting, and as an action on every subsequent turn, choose any number of creatures within a 60-foot cone. Each creature must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 12d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half that on a success. Each creature must also succeed a Wisdom saving throw, or become frightened of you until your next turn.
