You summon a 5 ft. radius swirling vortex of water from a body of water in range that contains at least a few cubic ft. of water. When this spell is cast, or as an Action on each turn for as long as long as the vortex remains, you may command it to spray a jet of water at a target within 30 ft. of itself, attacking with your Spellcasting Modifier and dealing 1d8 Bludgeoning Damage on a hit.
As a Bonus Action, you may move the vortex up to 10 ft., though it will disperse immediately if you end your turn with it positioned over dry land.
Objects in the water this spell is cast on that are no more than 5 lb. may be drawn up into the Vortex when it is cast.
You are able to maintain one water spout. Casting another Waterspout ends the previous one you've created.
This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th Level (2d8), 11th Level (3d8), and 17th Level (4d8).
