Blizzard Blast

A 40-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder of freezing precipitation whips through the area. Temperatures rapidly plummet to below freezing point and heavy snow blasts across the area, heavily obscuring vision.

All creatures that start their turn inside the area or enter the area for the first time must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 8d8 cold damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
