Winthorpe's Displacement

By pointing at a target creature within 150 feet that the caster can see, and then speaking a command word, the caster and the target trade places.

If the target is unwilling, then the caster and the target make a contested roll (with the caster applying their spell attack modifier). If the caster fails the contested roll, then they do not trade places and the spell is wasted. If the caster succeeds, then they trade places. 

If the caster has in their possession a piece of the target creature (a tooth, lock of hair, vial of blood, etc) then the caster may make the contested roll with advantage.
