Blessing

You bless one creatures (you may cast it on yourself) with a short rest or heal 3 creature 1d8 health points. 

Each level above 5th you cast this spell at adds another 1d8 healing. If you cast it at a spell level of 9 and Destroy something 500 gold you may bless a creature with a long rest but in doing this they will not be able to rest for 5 hours after this including short rests until 3 hours after.
