A loud noise erupts from a point of your choice within range. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius Sphere centered there makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 Thunder damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. A Construct has Disadvantage on the save.
A nonmagical object that isn’t being worn or carried also takes the damage if it’s in the spell’s area.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d8 for each spell slot level above 2.

Why did they remove this spell for warlocks?
Eldritch beings hate the noise.
I cast Migraine
hello
Seriously though, why is Wizard listed twice and Warlock removed? Is this a bug?
Wizard is listed twice because it is available to both the 2014 and 2024 versions of the Wizard class, which are implemented as separate classes on D&D Beyond.
Warlock is gone because this spell is not on the Warlock spell list in the 2024 Player's Handbook.
Adding to the <sigh> to find Shatter no longer available for warlocks. It wasn't great, but it was what we had for area attacks at level 2. I assume its trying to separate Warlocks from Wizards in play style but <sigh>.
I'd say fair enough but Warlocks don't have any good level 2 combat spells that don't require concentration (and we all know that Hex is taking Concentration). One thing you can do though is use one of your Eldritch Invocations to take Origin Feat that lets you get a Wizard Spell and take Magic Missile so you can actually have something to cast with your second spell slot (also works really well with Hex).
