Cleave of Crap

Once per long rest: A blast of bile erupts from your loincloth. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d4 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

If unused: If this is not used once per long rest, it will result in a Blow-Out of bile to backfire on the wearer of the Loincloth of Holding. Upon waking up, the wearer takes 3d4 poison damage on a failed Constitution save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
