Vampirism

You conduct a long and unholy ritual, culminating in a grotesque transformation. At the end of the ritual, you imbibe a horrid potion of vampire blood, and you become a full Vampire (not spawn), provided you are a living humanoid, and your alignment changes to any evil alignment which shares an axis with your current one (Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic). The location of your “Resting Place” is wherever you underwent your transformation, and this can be changed by moving the grave dirt used as a material component in a clay urn to a new location. You cannot be changed back to your living form by any means short of a Wish or Reincarnate spell.
