Control bind creature

This spell allows his user to take control of a creature. Depending on the creature's level the spell's level is increased.

If said creature is conscious, an INT check must be done in which the user gets a number greater than the creature's check. Both check are modified depending on their INT modifier.

If the creature is unconscious the INT check for the creature is instead equal to its challenge level.

The words for casting this spell are:
''From this moment on, I order that your bond between you and me, is limitless".
