You target a creature within range. The creature needs to make a Constitution saving Throw or have their gastrointestinal system revolt against them, causing 2d6 force damage as it empties itself. Any creature in a 10-foot cone behind the target must make a Dexterity saving throw or be caught in the spray, taking 1d8 psychic damage as they are now covered in excrement. The space behind the target is now difficult terrain.
