Each creature of your choice within 40 feet of you that can hear you must make a wisdom saving throw or take 4d8 psychic damage, 4d8 thunder damage, and it is either charmed or frightened of you for the duration. A creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, taking another 4d8 psychic damage on a failure, or ending the effect on itself on a success.
