You Howl before charging a creature you see within your walking distance. when you reach the creature, you leap into the air before bringing your weapon crashing down on them, roll for your weapon's attack damage (ex. Battleaxe, 1d12).
All creatures within 10 feet of the attack must make a CON saving throw greater than (10 + Your Strength Modifier) or take 2d10 cold damage. creatures that succeed in the save take half of that damage.
After using this spell, you are too tired to move, even with a spell or bonus action, however, if there is a creature within 5 feet, you may take your reaction to attack with the weapon that you used for the spell (Note: this will make you unable to take a reaction until your next turn)
This spell requires a full action.
You may use this spell a number of times equal to your proficiency level, with these uses being restored after a long rest.
At higher Levels:
At Character Level 5, the cold damage uses 2d12
At Character Level 8, the cold damage uses 3d12 and has a range of 15 feet
At Character Level 14, the cold damage uses 4d12
At Character Level 18, the cold damage uses 5d12 and has a range of 20 feet
