Damage/Effect
You gesture wildly and a patch of CLIBBINS appears on the ground in front of a HOSS of your choice. On a successful dexterity save they take 4d6 damage as they skid out of control and are torn up on the pavement. On a failed save they take 8d6 damage and fall prone, taking an additional 1d8 fall damage if they're riding a BIG HOSS bike.
