Coiling Snake

Twice during the duration of the spell, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, your weapon flares with white light in the shape of a serpent which shoots towards the targets, coiling around them and chaining them together.

The head of the serpent does 3d8 radiant damage to the first target. Each other target in the chain takes half damage.

Any subsequent damage taken by a target of the chain is also received in half by the other two targets.
