Banish to Thought

You create a barrier of astral energy 15 feet across and 10 feet high. This portal transports whatever goes through it into the Astral plane or the cognitive plane as it is commonly called. This spell can also be used for transport back from the Astral plane. Any creature that is caught in this spell when it is dispelled has it's life force severed, and is instantaneously killed unless it has a regenerative property of greater than 15 hit-points per round, at which point it would be regenerating fast enough to stay alive but not enough to regain hit-points.
