Afraid of the Dark

You pull wisps of the Shadowfell's power forth and mold it into the likeness of a creature you see within range. The target must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they take 5d6 psychic damage and be frightened of the image which follows them for the duration, as their dark duplicate plagues them with frightful images of their memories and night terrors. On a successful save they take half as much damage and are not frightened.

At higher levels.  When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for every slot level above 3rd.
