Arms of the Vigilant

You conjure an arsenal of spectral armaments, such as blades, spears, or axes, which hover around you in your space for the duration, shedding bright light for 5 feet, and dim light for 5 additional feet. Once per turn, when a creature would provoke an opportunity attack from you, you can make a melee spell attack against them (no action required). On a hit, the target suffers 5 radiant damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 5 for every two slot levels above 1st.
