Withering aura v2

You manifest a withering aura in a  15 ft Radius around you

When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it.  when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Wisdom-saving throw. On a failed save, it takes A -1 reduction to its hit bonus and saving throws. For each failed wisdom save, the effects grow stronger: -2, -3,-4.
