Avacin's Slight

You speak accursed words to a creature you can see in range. The target must succeed a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, that creature is now slighted for 10 minutes. Whilst a target is slighted you may roll [roll]1d4[/roll] and negate it from any saving throw, attack roll or ability check the target makes, as they seem to freeze or hesitate.

You may have multiple of this spell active at once, however only on different targets. Castings of this spell on an already slighted target will just reset the spell.

At Higher Levels. The spell may be cast with multiple targets, each receiving a dice; an extra target when you reach 5th level (2), 11th level (3), and 17th level (4).
