It deals 1d8 + spell casting modifier Lighting damage and 1d8 thunder damage on a hit you can chose to teleport within 15ft on an unoccupied space without taking an attack of opportunity and has the finesse, light, and thrown properties.  

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot the secondary thunder damage increases by 1d8 per spell level.
