A barrage of flying cakes (backed by hard metal trays) targets a 10ft radius sphere. Any creatures in the target zone take 2d4+2 damage and are blinded (half damage and no blindness on a successful Dex save). The area counts as difficult terrain until someone cleans up the mess.

A person blinded can end the effect by using their action to wipe their eyes clean; alternatively, someone not covered in cake frosting can use an action to wipe someone else’s eyes clear.  Otherwise this effect lasts until the target takes a bath.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 and the save DC increases by 1 for each two slot levels above 2nd.
