Valkyrie Dress

The protection is made of water and includes:
A breast/chest-plate, faulds, spaulders, vambraces, chausses, and a tiara.
Wing-like ornaments cover the ears, two large wing-like sashes hang off the lower back.

You summon & blast a serpent-shaped hydro-cannon.
6 ft/2 m wide in a 32 ft/10 m range, 4d8 bludgeoning damage.

.Water Weaving: (passive)
The watery armour will slow your falls.
You are resistant to cold damage.
You can walk on bodies of water and any other form of liquid.
