Will O' the Wisp

You summon a dozen small blue fireballs around yourself and direct them at a creature of your choice within range.  Make a ranged spell attack against the target.  On a hit, the target takes 2d4 fire damage immediately and 1d4 fire damage at the end of its next turn. 

Both of the spell's damage dice increase by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (3d4, 2d4), 11th level (4d4, 3d4), and 17th level (5d4, 4d4).
