Become a lich

 Found in the Book of Vile Darkness housed in the Well of Dragons, the spell Become a lich can make a creature immortal if all precautions are taken.

The components are :

The heart of a friend, an item of great importance to you, the blended paste of a wight’s flesh.

place the item in front of you, drink the paste of the wight’s flesh, tear your own heart out and place your friend’s in your chest. You will die instantly and must make a DC15 constitution saving throw. On a failure, you will die instantly but if you succeed, you will rise in an hour as a lich.
