- You gain 50 temporary hit points. If any of these remain when the spell ends, they are lost.
- When you hit a target with a weapon attack, that target takes an extra 2d12 Psychic damage.
- You have proficiency in Strength and Constitution saving throws.
- You can attack twice, instead of once, when you take the Attack action on your turn. You ignore this benefit if you already have a feature, like Extra Attack, that gives you extra attacks.
- You are immune to Psychic and Poison damage
- You are immune to the poisoned condition and charmed condition.
- Six eldritch tendrils appear on your back, giving you a flying speed of 50 feet.
- You have a +2 bonus to AC.
- All your weapon attacks are magical, and when you make a weapon attack, you can use your spellcasting ability modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls.
- Your tendrils have the ability to lash out at a creature. This attack is considered an unarmed strike, which benefits from the effects of this spell, has a reach of 20 ft., and can either do 1d8 of bludgeoning damage or you can forgo damage to grapple a creature, a creature that is grappled by your tendrils is considered restrained and will take an amount of Psychic damage equal to your spellcasting modifier if they start their turn grappled in this way. This attack requires a bonus action.
- Your size category goes up twice, turning any medium creature into a huge creature.
Immediately after the spell ends, you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer one level of exhaustion.
