Bloody Pain

Verbal components are, "Experience bloody pain" or something to that extent. 

This is a concentration spell that is a 15 foot range from its caster, this is the radius of the spell. The caster is unaffected by this spell. 
Any creature hit in the range of the spell will take bonus damage on hit. The bonus damage happens no more than once per round. 

Effected creatures roll a DC Dex saving throw or take 1d6 Fire damage and half as much on a successful save. The targets blood bursts into flames. 

The target takes 1d8 Necrotic damage. The target is simply bleeding faster. 

Starting at 3rd level upcasted every level above, this spell does an additional 1d6 Fire damage.
