You touch a willing creature. The target gains a flying speed of 60 feet and is trailed by a jet of flame for the duration. When the spell ends, the target falls if it is still aloft, unless it can stop the fall. Any creature that the target flies within 5 feet of must make a dexterity saving throw. Taking 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. If a creature fails this saving throw, you do not provoke opportunity attacks from that creature until the start of your next turn. If the target of this spell rams into a creature or object at any time, the spell ends and both the target and the rammed object/creature take 8d12 bludgeoning damage.
At Higher Levels. At higher levels, the target's flight speed increases by 5 feet, the fire damage increases by 2d6, and the bludgeoning damage increases by 1d12 + 1 for each slot level above 4th.
