You call upon Hadar the Ebon Hunger. Your foe screams, clutches its head, and falls prone. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw. The target takes 6d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Additionally flying, fluttering, fanged shadows pour from your foe’s open eyes, mouth, and ears, and descend upon your foe’s allies. Choose up to three targets within 20 ft of the target. Each new target also makes a Charisma saving throw, taking 6d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher the damage increases by 2d10 for each spell slot above 4th.
