Beast Friendship (CofC)

You gain the ability to comprehend and verbally communicate with beasts for the duration. The knowledge and awareness of many beasts is limited by their intelligence, but at minimum, beasts can give you information about nearby locations and monsters, including whatever they can perceive or have perceived within the past day. You have advantage on persuasion checks with beasts you are communicating with. On a successful check the beast is charmed by you, and will perform simple tasks for you. The spell ends if you ask it to do anything obviously harmful to itself, and you can only have 1 beast charmed in this manner at a time. If there is another creature hostile to the caster, the beast may act to defend itself and has advantage on all attack roles while it is charmed.
