Blessing of the Lord of Fate

You pray to the Lord of Fate for assistance and he answered by sending you and your allies some help.

After your prayer you and every truely friendly creature (the Lord of Fate knows about hidden thoughts and betrayers) in a 30 feet radius recive his blessings. After rolling a skillcheck or a savingthrow requiering a d20 you can activate his blessing to gain a bonus of +4 to your roll.

You can only have this blessing once at a time.

If you cast this spell at a highter spell level increas the bonus by +1 for every level.
